About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support a major Defence program. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating across multiple teams and contributing to key program decisions. You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met, documentation is consistent, risks are managed, and delivery performance aligns with program objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business operations, program delivery, documentation governance, and quality frameworks within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and execute comprehensive project and program management activities.

· Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders.

· Manage milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

· Review and define documentation standards across the program of work.

· Support management of contractual and operational commitments.

· Monitor delivery performance and quality through metrics, reporting, and governance processes.

· Identify and mitigate risks as outlined in project plans.

· Provide expert guidance and contribute to decision-making across multiple teams.

Required Skills & Experience

· Intermediate proficiency in Business Operations Management.

· Intermediate proficiency in Project Portfolio Management tools.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant program/project/operations environments.

· Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

· Experience managing quality, documentation standards, or assurance frameworks.

· Advanced proficiency in Project, Program & Portfolio Governance.

Working Requirements

· Must be onsite 5 days per week in a secure Defence environment.

· Must hold an active NV1 security clearance.

· Must be an Australian Citizen.
